Are you ready to take on a new challenge in your career? Join our dynamic team as a Country Sales Manager in Sweden and be a key player in driving our success in the region!
As our Country Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations in Sweden. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as our sales consultant for Sweden after a successful induction period in our headquarter in Germany.
- Advising and building relationships with architects, specialist planners, local authorities, operators, and construction companies in your sales area.
- Keeping a keen eye on the market, nurturing existing relationships in the civil engineering specialist trade, and actively seeking out potential new customers. You will be supported by annual goals and strategic meetings designed to empower you in conquering the market effectively.
- Tracking projects from the tendering stage through to order placement.
- Maintaining and updating relevant market information in a modern CRM system "Salesforce".

- A completed commercial or technical education
- Previous experience in field sales, ideally within the construction industry or drainage technology industry.
- A well-established network of decision-makers in architectural offices, construction companies, and the building materials trade.
- A genuine enjoyment of personal customer interactions and a high willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Swedish as your native language and Business English
- Open-mindedness, competence, and an engaging personality with a passion for sales.
- The ability to independently manage the Swedish market and embracing the challenge with confidence.
