Job Description:
Accomplishes quality assurance inspections on completed repairs of heavy mobile and general-purpose vehicles and equipment to ensure repairs have been done correctly including all repairs and they meet client / project requirements. Check mechanical / mechatronics/ assemblies and sub-assemblies for proper functioning Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connections (on equipment) Check all the controls for proper functions. Check all the transmitter and display / Gauges for proper operation Prepare reports and notify appropriate people of equipment problems and deficiencies and re inspect after correction. Ensure compliance with client requirement Ensure all the equipment available for immediate mobilization. Knowledge of equipment’s mechanical and hydraulic systems and components of light /heavy vehicles / Mobile crane, Forklift, Loader, super sucker, manlift, sweeper, Heavy and light vehicles, and other material handling equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, and safe work area, adhere to best practice safety procedures. Safety - Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and safety regulations related to equipment operation, hazardous materials and conditions, and other work-related precautions. Quick learner, eager to learn and develop. Experience in construction/maintenance/equipment Rental Companies are preferable. GCC experience & valid driving license will be added advantages. Good communication skills in English (spoken & fair in written)
