Job Details:
- Collaborate on the preparation of project documentation in the zoning and construction management phase.
- Ensure implementation documentation aligns with plans, budgets, technical standards, and permits.
- Select construction contractors and conclude contractual documentation.
- Oversee the construction process from site handover to acceptance.
- Ensure the issuance of project approval decisions.
- Update construction implementation schedules and project budgets within the assigned scope.
- Collaborate with colleagues in various project areas (client changes, sales documentation, unit handovers, defect resolution, etc.).
- Evaluate and manage project risks in relation to the approved plan.
Job Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience in the implementation of residential buildings.
- Knowledge of legislation governing building permits (Building Act, Administrative Code, etc.).
- Enthusiasm, independence, productivity, and responsibility.
- User knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
